Internship Opportunities at TMSA Public Charter Schools

TMSA Public Charter Schools is proud to offer structured internship opportunities for individuals seeking meaningful, hands-on experience in a dynamic educational environment. As a college-preparatory, STEAM-focused charter school district, TMSA provides interns with the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects while gaining valuable professional skills.

Available Internship Areas

TMSA will accept a limited number of interns in the following areas:

  • Information Technology (IT)
    Support technology infrastructure, help desk operations, device management, and instructional technology initiatives.

  • Teaching & Instruction
    Assist classroom teachers, support student learning, participate in lesson preparation, and gain exposure to curriculum development and instructional strategies.

  • Operations
    Contribute to school and district-level operational functions, including data management, compliance, logistics, and organizational processes.

Internship Term

  • Internships are offered for an initial one-year term.

  • Interns may be considered for one additional year based on performance and organizational needs.

  • The maximum duration of any internship is two (1+1) years.

Compensation

  • All TMSA internships are non-paid positions.

  • Interns gain structured mentorship, practical experience, and professional development opportunities in exchange for their service.
